We do not use the discipline of contract negotiation as an entry to your institution.  We won't negotiate for a quick resolution so we can begin looking for other opportunities in your organization.  That Approach leaves a substantial amount of money on the table; money that you should be saving on your outsourced contract.

2. We work on a GUARANTEED basis

This approach makes us a part of your staff.  WE WORK FOR YOU!  Since our only business is contract negotiations and since our data base is so strong, we are the only firm in the industry that will GUARANTEE results; results that YOU want, or you don't pay our fee.

This 37-point analysis examines specific sections and paragraphs where hidden clauses are typically placed.  The contract document set includes:

  • Master Legal Agreement
